This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar techniques Monderovia uses on monderovia.com, with what purpose, and how you manage your preferences. We follow the requirements of the Dutch Telecommunications Act, the GDPR and the guidance of the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets, and we apply Google Consent Mode v2 to relay your choice to any measurement and advertising services.
Types of cookies we use
We distinguish necessary cookies (for security and basic operation), statistics cookies (anonymous measurement of page visits), advertising cookies (for relevance and campaign measurement) and personalisation cookies (such as remembering your language preference). Necessary cookies are placed without consent; for all other categories we ask for your explicit prior consent.
Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2. On your first visit all non-essential categories are set to ‘denied’ by default. Only when you choose ‘Accept all’ or save a choice through ‘Manage preferences’ do we pass the corresponding signals to Google tags. If you refuse, no advertising or statistics cookies are placed and Google redacts the related data. Your choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage so that we do not show the banner again on your next visit.
Retention periods for cookies
Retention periods vary per cookie: session cookies expire when you close the browser, preference cookies remain active for up to 12 months and statistics or advertising cookies for up to 13 months. After that we will ask for your consent again.
Changing your choices
You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time through the ‘Manage preferences’ button in the cookie banner. You can also delete cookies that have already been placed through your browser settings. If you clear your local storage, the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.
Third-party cookies
For audience measurement and advertising, Monderovia may use Google tags. These tags follow your Consent Mode choice. We do not place ads or content of a financial or speculative nature.
